New Moon in Taurus
time to tend to the seeds 🌱
Heeeeeeeeeeeeey besties!
Hope you’re enjoying your Taurus season thus far.
I have a special place in my heart for Taurus energy. As an earth sign I find that Taurus energy is very grounding and steady. It’s easy to feel at home when you’re hanging with a Taurus. Ruled by Venus, the planet of love, relationships and all things comfort Taurus energy loves living the sweet life.
What I love about Taurus is they alllllways have their money right. You can usually find a Taurus enjoying the comfort of their home, a luxurious spa or wining and dining at a five star restuarant. They know exactly how to play the long game when it comes to getting the things they want in life. Although the Bull typically represents Taurus, when I think of Taurus I think of the tortoise from The Tortoise and the Hare. The tortoise knows not to overexhaust themselves. He knows that a little bit at a time goes a long way, and that slow and steady wins the mf RACE.
When thinking of the seasons through the lens of nature, spring is when life begins itself anew. The birds and squirrels return all around us, eating the seeds that fall from trees. What gets left behind from the birds and squirrels eventually over time turns into more trees.
So naturally, it makes sense that Taurus season is typically when we plant our seeds in the garden and metaphorical seeds in our planners.
This Taurus New Moon is asking you to envision the future that you wish to create for yourself. The Sun and the Moon in Taurus sextiling (making a beneficial connection to) Saturn, the planet of long term plans, discipline and stucture is providing the support you need to create something that will last. Perhaps something that will create prosperity or more stability within your life. The New Moon is also conjunct (french kissing) both Jupiter, the planet of abundance, expansion and good fortune as well as Uranus the planet of major shifts and disruptions.
This New Moon is a really beneficial one to work with when it comes to enacting long-term radical change within your life for the better.
So that’s the tea bestie! What are you tending to? What do you need?
And remember…
